My main question is about the information I am putting into the first loan and the second loan. I don't understand that much about it.

That's awesome. We are seeing a lot more people in our area rent out their single families as they buy, move for work, or what have you. I hope this works out well for you and you get great tenants.

Are you doing it yourself or do you have a PM?

For your next investment, have a clear investment goals so that you can find the deal and negotiate accordingly.

Work with an experienced local agent or investor and shorten your learning curve as they save you a lot of headaches as they tend to understand the market better.

I am a real estate agent and investor in the Houston market.

Katy, Cypress, Spring, some parts of Houston, Conroe, Tomball, Pearland are great markets.

Rent growth and appreciation is steady.

These cities tend to command quality tenants, and they have great schools.

All the best!

Hi Wale, Can you please specify what part of Houston?

Do you already have an LLC set up?

 Yes That is done.

Quote from @Gurbeer Sangha:

If it's your own LLC that you're transferring it to, a quitclaim should be fine.

If you still want to go through a title company, any local one should work fine

Thanks. I will do the research to see how it work.

If someone know a Tittle company or lawyer that could help I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

can I make a change of title having FHA?
