Greetings, I am a landlord with multiple LTRs in Clarskville,TN all of them New/Newer constructions (SFHs, Townhomes and a few Condos.) I am seeking an Arbitrage Host that would like take over a few of them. I see many youtube clips where landlords needs to convinced, but I am all in and ready to move forward.

If you are an established host, please feel free to send me a message and we can discuss further.

Thanks!

Good Evening! I have had multiple conventional financing deals fall through during the pandemic, all of them fell through in the last minute. I am dying to take advantage of these amazing rates, but I am probably the only person on BP who hasn't already! I

I focus on mainly new construction, Would anyone recommend a lender for the self- employed with multiple LLCs, write offs, etc.? The subject property that I am currently under contract for is in Tennessee. Someone who is willing to work through it and understand how small businesses are set up for tax/liability purposes.

Sometimes we just need to find another way in.

Thanks in advance! Let's get it!

@Lee Ripma Fellow LA MFR investor! While were are on the subject of BRRRR. Have you been successful finding any banks that are willing to do Cash- Out refis on investment properties at the moment? Even where I do my personal and business banking just gave me the red light and getting similar responses calling around all over. Thanks!

Mentors who have been there, will help to a certain degree just to pay it forward.

I don't believe in "Gurus" or anyone else who thinks so highly of themselves to charge that much to someone just getting their feet wet, is not someone I would want to hang around with period.

You can educate yourself for so much less and BP is resourceful in so many ways!

Good luck!

@Kyle Mitchell  I would be VERY interested as well, thanks for the heads up. I am in Westwood and Culver City is pretty central. I  always prefer restaurants over coffee shops...Starbucks business meetings feel like an MLM gathering or a weak pitch session.

A meet-up sounds awesome! Culver City is probably closest to me.

I am excited to meet like-minded people who are success driven, but no one is there trying to pitch anyone or any kind of MLM garbage? ("No Money Down Real Estate" or Pre- Paid Legal, etc.). I am sure we have ALL heard enough of it. I understand everyone has their hustle, but there is a time and a place.

Look forward to meeting some of you soon!
