Hi Shawn,

I want to start in the Midwest because of the cost is lower than in Tennessee. I heard about the great returns people are getting…. Idk cash flow market sounds enticing to me since I’m a beginner. It sounds less risky. I see that you are in Tennessee are you in the Middle Tennessee area?
