Hi Shawn,

I want to start in the Midwest because of the cost is lower than in Tennessee. I heard about the great returns people are getting…. Idk cash flow market sounds enticing to me since I’m a beginner. It sounds less risky. I see that you are in Tennessee are you in the Middle Tennessee area?

I live in Nashville, TN. I'm looking to buy a couple income properties in Toledo, Ohio. I've been scouting on Zillow for the good deals, but it looks like a good amount of the properties that were recently sold are not showing up on my search. Where do you guys search for properties?
