Put cabinets and toilets down first then install the planking. Nothing gets installed on top of the planking cause they need to expand and retract with temperature changes, plus you need at least 1/4" space between the flooring  plank and baseboards or walls to allow for movement

Be sure to know where their office is and go to their work site check out their work. Also talk to the people they acually work for, i learnt that the hard way. Due diligence is important

I'm trying to reach out to the owner of the house, not favoring talking to no one there. I have video of someone shooting a gun on the deck. The owner rents out rooms i think there are like 5 sets of people living there. I don't live there I got new tenants living in my unit next to them

How do you deal with neighbors dumping trash in your backyard. I have camera footage showing them dumping trash in my back yard over my fence, i have reported the matter to baltimore 311 but they are absolutely the worst in taking any action. There must be something i can do providing i have them doing it on camera. i cant figure out how to upload a video in this thread

So i got the inspection done yesterday, he took a crap ton of scans throughout the house, zero lead on the inside but lead on the roof facia and on the rear metal stairs. So cant get lead free. Just gotta paint over the stairs and a few things and will get a 2 year certification. After that they just come and do the outside only every 2 years

trying to register my unit with Baltimore city, they want me to register with Maryland department of Environment. Long story short i need lead certification cause the house was built before 1978. The entire finished basement is brand new, upstairs bathroom was gutted and redone,no wooden windows. Is this going to be a tedious process? This is my first rodeo lol
