Thank you for the responses.  I will start looking at some options.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a property manager that specializes in the short or mid term in the Nashville area?

We own a home in the Mt. Juliet area and it appears we have a water leak underground between the house and meter.  Does anyone have a good plumber who can do underground work.  We are also looking at a rental property and it would be good to have a good company to work with.

We have a rental property in Johnstown Colorado and we need to get a service guy out to look at our air conditioner.  Just a basic service is all I am looking for.  Does anyone have any recommendations for an honest trust worthy guys who aren't going to try and up sell me on services?

House hack. 

I absolutely love house hacking. For our two houses in Colorado it provides our renters an opportunity to pay less for their space as well as pays our mortgage. In Colorado where the median rent is $1200 for a 1/1 apt, they pay us $900-1000 for their space and all utilities. Now we do have at least 3-5 bedrooms in each house to rent. But I don’t pay to live in my house. 

My wife and I currently have 2 house hacked properties in Colorado. She took a job in Nashville and are looking for our next property out there. 

Good evening everyone.  My wife and I are closing on a house in Reunion (Commerce City) at the end of the week.  This is a brand new home with an unfinished basement.  We are looking for a contractor to help with finishing the basement and converting a loft into an additional bedroom.  The plan is to house hack this residence while renting out our current home to our kids.  This will be our first step into the house hack market.  My wife works for the airlines and we are looking at working with the temp workers of this industry to fill our rooms.  Does anyone have a contractor they would recommend to assist with the basement build out?  If this one goes well we will be looking for another house in the near future.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  We are new to the area and not really familiar with any contractors.
