My wife and I will be in the mid-town area during Sept. 28th (Saturday) & 29th (Sunday) and would love to meet up with local investors to pick someone's brain about the general market & neighborhoods. We are real estate investors from CA looking for buy & hold properties, preferably SFR, MFR (non-commercial). We're happy to buy you a drink/food if you are willing to give us some of your time for some market insight, and to start networking with talent in the area.

I am new to REI, but have been building capital and doing a lot of research and education on the subject, and now highly interested in wholesaling.
