Hey BP, I am looking for some opinions on Out of State BRRRR. I've been looking at a couple markets in the Midwest and Southeast of the country. I know it's important to build a good team on the ground.

So what should I find first a investor friendly real estate agent, contractor or property manager?

Should I get a project manager to oversee the rehab? Knowing I don’t plan on visiting any property i decide to purchase

I would appreciate any feedback on these questions. Thanks

@Jeff White Thanks for the helpful information. You gave some insight on options to take if I move forward in that direction

I started looking at properties to invest in out of state in Denver Colorado and surrounding areas. My real estate agent suggested i look into new constructions homes being build as a investment rental property.

I am curious if anyone has done any out of state investing in new construction homes and could shed some thoughts and or feedback on if this a good route to take?

Thanks for the helpful information. I will definitely be looking into what my LTV is on my property to see if I even qualify for a HELOC

I would like to start investing in Northern California in either a BRRRR or flip. I own a duplex property already with 100k equity in it. Would it be a better idea to tap into my equity to fund a new investment property or should I use a hard money lender path to fund a new investment?
