Hey what's going on BP Family! I will be moving to the Midland TX area here in the next 2 weeks or so and wanted to know if I could network with anyone over there. Hi, 

 I wanted to know if anyone had any experience in wholesaling preforclosures before they went to auction because I do see some opportunity here in Wichita. I am trying to get my first deal and wondering if anyone can shed some light on how it works when they owe on the house still. Thank you
