When and where is the fresno meet up?

I have a condo under contract right now from the direct mail campaign but having a hard time assigning it. I'm staying positive because its a good deal.

My first direct mail campaign will be going out tomorrow not a large list but each absentee owner will get 5 touches all will be different yellow letter, postcard, red ink ,blue ink etc...

Get on my buyer list for fresno before the calls start coming in.
