Hi Justin! I'm new to BP as well and just getting into RE. I have attended a couple of networking events in The Woodlands I found on the meetup app. I believe they meet the 2nd Monday every month at The Woodlands community center close to the Pavillion. I'll have to double check the dates to be sure though.

We are looking for a single family home preferably somewhere between Spring and Willis, but are open to other areas as well.  We do have a hard money loan in place.  We are just having a hard time finding a house.  I've been to a couple of networking meetings with the North Houston Real Estate Investors Group that meets in The Woodlands and I've gotten on some buy lists I just haven't gotten many leads on houses.  I guess I really need to learn where and how to find the houses. 

Hi Nikolas!  We are currently looking for deals between Spring and Willis, but would be open to other areas if it makes sense.  As for the roofing, we go all over the Houston area but most of our customers are on the north side.

Hello my name is Erin.  My business partner and I have a roofing company in Conroe, TX and do lots of work in Montgomery County and surrounding areas.  We are looking for ways to grow our business with other revenue streams and real estate investing is something we have both been interested in for quite some time.  We are currently looking for our first house to flip.  My only real estate experience is the purchase of my own home and constantly looking at har.com to see what is going on in the Houston market.  I'm looking forward to finding our first house and getting started in real estate investing!
