Hey everyone! I'm a full time carpenter looking to start wholesaling, fix and flips, and eventually buy and holds. I've got to thank all of you for the knowledge I've already learned from the forums and podcasts. So far I sent out ten yellow letters with the sole purpose of wholesaling. I know, thats not many but I had to start somewhere. I've gotten two calls, both unmotivated after speaking with them, and two returned letters. I was ecstatic though when I received those calls. It was like, oh my god, maybe this could work. So i bought a list of about 300, high equity absentee, and plan to start my marketing there. Wish me luck and I look forward to connecting with the bigger pockets community!
