Hello, My name is Erin Kelly. My husband and I are starting a new business in Real Estate Investing.  He is a Florida native, I'm from Colorado. We moved back to his hometown (Melbourne) about 4 months ago after his retirement from the Air Force. We met in Korea almost 16 years ago, while I active duty military, we have 2 children.

We are super excited to get moving on the real estate investing. I have always been intrigued with buying and selling real estate.  My father was a real estate broker many years ago, so I guess its in my blood. :)

Excited to meet a lot of great people and get started on this new chapter of our lives!

Thank you

Erin Kelly

I have been reading a ton of information on Wholesaling.  Reverse Wholesaling seems smarter than traditionally Wholesaling - buying a property, then finding an investor.

Is there a right way or wrong way to Wholesale?

What are your thoughts?
