I’m brand new myself, so I don’t own any properties at this time. I did attend the joe fairless meetup a couple of months ago. I couldn’t go to the last one, but I did watch it on youtube yesterday. It was all about the state of real estate investing in Cincinnati. I am open to both Clermont county and Cincinnati. I have lived in several places on the east side so I would like to start there since I have more knowledge about those areas. What about you?

I live in Clermont County also.  Here they do auctions at the sheriff’s office.  I have been a couple of times just to observe myself. You can see ahead of time which houses are being auctioned off on the website. They do the auctions once/week. Here are some links about it:
