Our site is located East of Custer. I think the one near Reptile Gardens is Wee Casa, and I believe they are planning to do STRs. I am aiming more for a sense of community, with long term renters bringing their own tinies in. We may offer one or two units of our own for interested parties to STR to "try out" tiny home living. Hoping to offer a community garden area, fire pits area(s), and dog run area to start out.

Hello all, I am currently under construction placing 10+ tiny home lots on my acreage in the Black Hills of South Dakota.  I am especially  interested in construction financing for current project/expansion, landlording information, best tax strategies and proper legal information to make this venture run smoothly and profitably.  I have enjoyed various podcasts and books from BiggerPockets and I'm eager to learn from those already in the trenches!
