I use the matching and search. They work well. I would recommend it.

Hey there Jimmy

I don't have any long term validity data to share but I use it and like it.

Hey @Josh Cochran

Just this afternoon I had an extensive conversation with Juliann at WWC. I must say I was impressed and took copius notes. I intend to invest. I'm glad to connect further with additional details if you are interested.

Hey Josh,

I'm researching Western Wealth Capital at present. They certainly display an impressive track record and have a deep bench when it comes to industry experience. I also like the fact that some of their veterans have been through a full market cycle in multi-family space. Did you invest? If so, what has been your exerience?

I like the software but has anyone been a long term customer to determine the validity of the appreciation projections? Please share your experiences, positive and negative.

I have 4 high end studio duplexes with stainless steel & granite, built in 2014 with patented Greenflex technology. With a duplex, cashflow is maximized per lot and they offer the unique tax benefit of depreciation over 5 years as personal property vs. 27.5  years as residential real estate. I am launching a business and need extra capital and am open to selling them.

Cashflowing 400 sq ft Studio Duplex 1BR 1BA each side built in 2014 of Greenflex patented technology with historical rents from $1125 to $1500 per month. Unique tax benefit of personal property classification allow depreciation over 5 year rather than typical 27.5 year residential depreciation schedule so you put a lot more $$ in your pocket. Will take $75,000. Must sell to raise capital for new business.
