@Nathan Gesner I know this is an older post now but thank you for sharing. Very interesting to see you go through the stages and clean the property up.

Do you still own it today?

I was sent this article by a friend. I was wondering how many people have heard of this company and this type of business model or any other companies that are similar. Seems to be an interesting way to do rent to owns on a bigger scale.

Thoughts about it or on possible risks/pros and cons for either the company or the person renting to own?

It hasn’t made me any money YET, but sure has made me save a ton more to start investing. Between listening to the money podcast and the RE podcast and reading everything on here I’m getting closer to being able to start and achieving goals and dreams.

Good stuff! Thanks for sharing and breaking it all down. Like others have said, its inspiring to hear.

Best of luck in the future

Hey everyone

I'm in Casper as well. I saw that there isn't too much talk going on in this thread but figured i'd jump in and introduce myself.

I haven't invested in any way yet but look forward to learning more and more while connecting with people.
