Thank you @Russell Brazil! Between the Forums at home and Podcast during commutes, I will take advantage of all I can learn!

Hello! My name is Erik Richards. My wife, Jennifer and I are new and aspiring investors from Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are located in a central location north of Scranton PA and south of Binghamton NY. 

We are seeking more knowledge and experience through networking on BiggerPockets, local investment groups and possibly finding a local mentor to assist.

Our short term goals include purchasing and flipping residential properties in our local area to expand our experience, network and capital.
Our mid-term goals include buying and holding multifamily rental units in our current location and then expanding out to other areas of interest. 
Our long term goals include living off the residual income from our investments and exploring other larger types of investment possibilities.

We are very excited to have found BiggerPockets! The Podcast and Forums are amazing and the books are so informative and helpful! BiggerPockets has really given us the courage to take the first step that we have been longing to take for the last couple years! :-)
