I've been contemplating the idea of becoming a real estate investor for some time now, but kept putting it aside to save up enough for a good down payment. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to save as much as I'd like. Any advise or suggestions on how to start investing with little cash to begin would be much appreciated. I have a FICO score above 700 if that even matters. Thanks!
