@Andrew Pettit How old are you? Do you have two years to commit to real estate? Since you already have the B.S., why not get the real estate license and work in that field for a year or two? You’ll likely learn whether or not you need the degree in finance while doing that. If so, you can always pick up where you left off!

Currently, I hold an inactive Real Estate license in Nebraska. In order to keep the license, I will need to hang it with an agency, take some classes, and pay a fee. Since I work full-time, this will be difficult. My question is: how much value does an active real estate license bring to an investor with an LLC parthership?
