@Ann Bellamy I was advised to keep the meter as one and pay for the tenants water since the cost to break it out wouldn't make sense. Maybe in the long run it would but as mentioned (from this ancient thread ;) I accounted for water when doing my numbers. I'd do the math to see if it works out for you if you haven't already. If you did, what did you end up doing?

If you're in the Cherry Hill area (Tuesday 10/16) and want to hear first hand about housing in the Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington county areas... be the first in line to meet our guest speaker NJ First District Congressman Donald Norcross!

In Camden County alone, in 2016, out of 269,000 houses, almost a third (over 83,000) were rentals. There’s a lot going on, so come out and hear what’s going on where you pay property taxes! If time permits, Congressman Norcross will take questions you can write down when you come in.

Hey BP fam!

I'm in the market for a lender who will refi my multi-family in the Mercer County New Jersey area. It's fully performing with great tenants and in fantastic shape. If there are any local banks in the Ewing, Hamilton, Trenton, Bordentown, West Windsor, Robbinsville, Princeton, area interested in a long-term note with competitive terms please reach out! Thanks!

@Erik Cabral Unless this fridge is a higer end unit usually its not worth the time to fix. You can buy used for 300-400 or new for 500-800.

Agreed. I just need someone to access and to let me know if we can fix or should replace.

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can look at a refrigerator in Trenton, NJ?

The rental is in the Chambersburg area. A fridge that isn't cooling but seems operational. I'll need either a fix or help replaceing it with a new one. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The problem was rectified. I ended up using All Clear (Josh). They were great! I highly recommend. Thanks!
