This program has changed my life and how I invest. Before Subto I thought I knew how to structure a deal.  After Subto I really learned how to structure a deal and aquired a seller finance and a subto property.  My seller finance cash flows $1000 a month on LTR and my subto is $750 a month.  It's unbelieveable and the value keeps coming.  Business purchase coming up next with Zero Down!!!
