My husband and are looking into purchasing a home in Happy Valley.. we are Penn Stare Alumnis and just love it there. I was wondering if anyone is currently BRRRR out there?

@Colleen F. Right now and the roof is actually in good condition. Therefore, I’m not planning on changing it up just yet. This home is in Memphis.

I would like to change the exterior of this house. It has the 70s rock/ stone outside. I was planning on painting it if possible. Has anyone painted this style rock? If so can you share any advice or thoughts would be great. If you could share pictures or your own rehab that would be great too.

Thank you @Dan Zitofsky! My husband and I are just getting started, so we are just trying to figure out different markets. Is there a reason why you no longer invest their? We’re interested in a B rated neighborhood. We were thinking about doing a turnkey only because we don’t have a lot of contacts in that city. Do you have experience with turnkey or could your recommend a property management company?
