@Jimmy Lin

Following this thread, great information.

That’s awesome that you found a local bank willing to make that deal.

I’m trying to create a plan as well. Just to fully understand... Are you planning to refinance at the end of the 10 years with another lender?

Glad I found this thread! Just moved to the Clarksville area a few months ago, still trying to familiarize myself with the area but I can see the potential here. Areas around Ft Campbell and APSU are a bit rougher but have multifamily units, going away from the base towards Nashville there is less crime and mostly single family homes. Good luck Travis!

Hello BP!

Any recommendations on an investor-friendly real estate agent in Milwaukee?

I will be visiting family there in May and wanted to connect with others to learn more about the market in the area.

@Ana M. Hey Ana, I haven't found anything in Richmond yet. I decided to focus on properties closer to home (Northern VA).

But now that you mention it, I recently saw a property come up in Richmond that would have been a good rental. I'm definitely keeping an eye on the area!

@Jose Sisonah makes sense, thanks for the info!

Ha! Or "take them to court" sounds pleasant.

@Jose SisonExactly, from what I understand you pay a monthly fee for "coverage" and when an issue comes up there are a network of lawyers you can choose from.

Appreciate the feedback!

Hey BP,

Can anyone recommend an attorney with real estate experience in Northern Virginia that can assist me in completing LLC documents?

Also, does anyone have any experience with Legal Shield? Would you recommend them?

Thanks!

Hey BP!

I have family that are in need of referrals for an electrician, plumber, property manager and HVAC technician in the River West area of Milwaukee.

Please help us out :)

Thanks!
