We have 2 special guests this month!  Thank you @Ashley Kehr and Felipe Mejia of The Bigger Pockets Rookie Podcast!  They will be joining our zoom call May 13th at 6pm.  Looking forward to another great discussion....

Join us for our May 2020 meetup!  Unfortunately, this will be the 2nd month in a row we can not meet in person BUT we will meet up on Zoom.  We typically meet every 2nd Wednesday each month at a location in Buffalo and we will continue to do so after the Covid-19 pandemic clears us.  Listed near the top of the page is a link to a Google Form which you can sign up for.  Please fill out your information to register for this event and I will email you the Zoom ID and password.

For those of you who are thinking about joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome! This is a no-pitch type meet-up, so no pressure, no formal talks, just a quick intro and then we dive into deeper conversations on a personal level. We're here to meet other like-minded people to help those who are interested in investing in Buffalo. You will find information on everything real estate related such as: Wholesaling, Property Management, Construction, Attorneys, CPA's, How to find deals, Financing, Partnerships, etc.

Join us for our April 2020 meetup!  We typically meet at a physical location in Buffalo but since the Covid-19 pandemic has hit our nation, we will be hosting this month's meeting virtually!  Please fill out the form listed in the "Event URL" listed above.  I will email you the ZOOM meeting ID and Password.

We usually gather for 45 minutes and network before introducing ourselves as a group.  Anyone who signs up to attend the meeting will be asked if they have any questions that they would like to ask.  Based on the number of attendees, I will try to go through this list and have a group discussion as needed.

Please ensure you have ZOOM installed on your device before 6 pm.

To ensure the best quality audio experience, I will ask everyone to MUTE their microphones while they are not talking.  Feel free to un-mute and talk anytime!  Having large groups with everyone's microphones enabled may cause echoing or other audio issues.

We’re headed back to Tappo / ThinMan Brewery located at 166 Chandler St in Buffalo for drinks and food. Please click the "attend" button as soon as you can commit. We'd like to get a headcount to let the owner know how many people to expect. We have had an amazing turnout and a great networking experience for the past few months, between 30 - 60 people typically attend.

Last month we had a 15-minute presentation about the foreclosure process and how to purchase properties at auction. We hear a lot of people ask about the BRRRR method so this month we will have a 15-minute discussion about the entire BRRRR process. For those of you not familiar with the coined term from Bigger Pockets it stands for BUY, REHAB, RENT, REFINANCE and REPEAT. It is a great way to get started in your Real Estate investing career.

Come hungry and thirsty, hang out with us, get to know us, ask questions, learn and share your information so that everyone can grow our investing career together.

We will gather and network from 6-6:30 pm and then spend 15 minutes doing a group conversation where each person will take about 30-60 seconds to quickly introduce themselves.

This is the first month that we will have a rapid-fire discussion about the Real Estate Auction process. Our guest will take about 15-20 minutes to tell you everything you need to know about purchasing a property from auction. He has over 15 years of experience in this industry working directly with lenders and helping to coordinate foreclosures at local governments.
