sounds like the tenant needs to read her lease contract she is still responsible for her agreed monthly rent and it sounds like she is taking advantage of her staying at the hotel thinking she can get reimburse for the hotel and a deduction of rent . I bought my house last year around Mar and my lease was not up until that August I still had a lease agreement to keep paying my rent and my first mortgage was that May .. Bottom line the tenant is over her head
