Buying, renovating, and selling an investment property is a sure-fire way to get rich quick. As per my opinion, first of all, you need to get your feet in pre-foreclosure market because it the first step of the foreclosure process. We can say that pre-foreclosure flipping is the key to real estate riches.

I think selling a home without an agent can work nicely. You can sell your home without the commission, fees and brokerage. Just take care of taking the cash and other handovers on time. Get your papers and other required documents ready. If anyone wants to sell their property for fast cash then they can also do this with the help of some home buying and selling companies. These companies are different from real estate agents.

As all said here you should talk to the listing agent first regarding this. Because I have never heard so. Before buying a foreclosure homes always focus on REOs if you're a novice, inspect the property carefully and set up your financing. Always research the market before making a deal. A good agent will help you with this.

Radon improvement is a process used to reduce radon concentrations in the breathing zones of occupied buildings. Before buying a property or while doing the inspection, homeowners should test their homes for radon. This test is a way to determine how much radon is in your home and if you and your family are at risk. The test will help you to protect your home and family from any health issues.

Agree With Jerry, I also want to add that in half-plex, the separate owner is responsible for the maintenance of his house.Painting the exterior parts, Refinishing or Replacing of roof, Installing a Fence and other individual maintenance, are the responsibility of the owner. In general , it is like a single family residence that shares a common wall.

A duplex is a two unit attached to each other and act as one entity. In this each unit either identical to each other or different. Where as half plex is a one half of attached residence. There are two half plex in a building which are mirrors of each other . They acted separately and each has their own identity.
