What do you recommend for a proven template for a real estate letter of intent on commercial land purchase? Land to be developed for residential assisted living homes. Thanks in advance!

I had some trouble buying a property through Morris Invests, advertised as a turn key.....turned out to be the opposite of that.  I should have hired some boots on the ground to inspect. I 100% agree that you need local help to invest in the area.
