Hello all, I am in the process of preparing to invest in my first property in Atlanta. I heard from a broker that a good area to invest in as a new investor at my price point is potential the Westend Atlanta. Can anyone provide some insight and if this is a good area to drive into? I live and went to near that area so I am somewhat familiar with it. Any advice would be very helpful!
