So I recently set up an LLC with Legal Zoom and completely forgot that with my purchase I get a complementary 30 minute consultation with a tax accountant. I'm not wanting to waste the opportunity but for the life of me I'm not sure what questions to ask first. If you had a 30 min free consult with an accountant, what would you ask?

@Alex Deacon Thanks for the advice! I just acquired these properties and will eventually put them in my LLCs name. But for now, I need to get the current tenants under lease and out of m2m status. Just wondering if I should put the lease between the tenant and the LLC or does it have to go between the tenant and me.

Thanks!

Quick question... I have an LLC and 2 SFRs that are still deeded/mortgaged in my name. 1. Can I still use the LLC as the Property Manager for my SFRs? If so, should I set up the lease between the tenant and the LLC and I just sign as the agent of the LLC?

Thanks!
