Hey folk's

I am fairly new to real estate investing.  I just purchased my first four unit and will shortly be trying to buy a live in flip or a duplex to add to my buy and hold side of things. I am fairly handy when it comes to working on household projects. By day I am a machinist and am hoping to use real estate investing to retire young and do real estate full time.  Hopefully we can work together to build wealth and live life to the fullest by escaping the rat race.
