Hey everyone.  I have a house with two tenants on the lease boyfriend girlfriend. I got a call from one of the tenants indicating that the girlfriends brother has moved in.  In addition, the relationship has been on the rocks.  The boyfriend wants to stay and the girlfriend can’t pay plus she brought a third tenant in who is not on the lease.  My question would be this:  What is my best play here?  What options do I have?  Can I remove the girlfriend from the lease mid term?  If so, how?  Anyone ever been in this situation?  Let me know what you think. Thanks!
