My property is town house style, we’re certainly renovating and it has a room in the center with a large arch way that was the dinning room. This market BK, Ny a dinning room isn’t so common so I was wondering if I should close it off for a third bed or keep it.

No time to stop investing. Wondering about the BP community’s stock picks. I’m all for Exxon(XOM) if the oil deal isn’t reach, hoping to grab it on sale. Not enough confident for any option. Also going for Boeing (BA). What are you looking into?

Good evening everyone, I’m a NYC union carpenter who has recently been laid off, do to the city construction lock down. I don’t need the work have rehab to finish up to two units. My questions is if collecting unemployment would effect me refinancing on one property and/or obtaining a mortgage on another?

Any feed back would be appreciated.

Thank you.
