Question for Veteran Investors in Northern California. What purchase agreement is best used when wholesaling in California? has anyone used the  C.A.R. RIPA + AOAA agreement for wholesaling? Love to hear some feedback.

Thanks,

Eric

Hello BP!

I am a new investor from Northern California (Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo area) looking to link up with other like minded REIs. I have hit the ground running and have few potential deals in the works!  Learning as I go..... I am also looking to build partnerships and knowledge base with other Investors in my area.
