@Matt Speer It's good to hear moving the lines is feasible! If I can find a convenient spot to put them, that might be the easier solution.

@Mike H. The property is in Indianapolis, not Denver. But yeah, freezing temperatures are definitely a concern.

By 'frame it in,' you mean basically build a closet the washer\dryer would live in, yeah?

Does anyone have experience with having a washer and dryer in the garage? I'm closing on a property, and belatedly realized the hooks-ups are located on the insulated (ie., the wall shared with the kitchen) wall of the garage.

I'm concerned with the washer\dryer holding up for a decent amount of time, and the pipes freezing. Has this been a problem for anyone else? Any recommendations for steps I can take to mitigate the issue?

Anyone have any recommendations for a realtor from Indianapolis they like working with? Specifically one that's good with an out-of-state buy-and-hold real estate investor? I've been searching on my own, but that pretty much amounts to me randomly emailing people.
