@Daniel Ryu

Thank you for the detailed advise. I will check out that link and continue selecting my skill I want to present to investors. I know it is possible, I just have to keep digging until I find the right network of investors to work with

@Taylor L.

Amazing advice. I am very skillful so I will pick two skills and present them. The next big question is, besides podcasts, where would I locate syndicators?

@Taylor L.

Great advice. I guess I should have asked how to find syndicators and or teams. I am good at several of those skills or tasks you mentioned, I have yet to find the people to present myself to.

An ideal scenario would be to offer my skills in exchange to knowledge, then build capital, then syndicate a deal.

@Mark Allen Kenny

Thanks Mark. What is your podcast called? I will check it out. Absolutely correct, I need to network. I read Joe's book, that is where I got the ideas to syndicate, great information in there.

@Andrew Hogan

Thank you for the response. I am creative and determined so I will find the way. I just need to network harder.

@Blake Dailey

Thank you for all the insights, I really appreciate the advice. I will continue to seek eduction via books and podcasts. It feels likes a double edge sword at times, you need investors to partner on deals but cannot find investors until you have done some deals.

The more I learn about multi-family, the more it makes sense, but I am limited on funds so I need to know everything there is to know about syndication deals. I have a general knowledge on the topic, but would really love to hear specifics on things such as do the deals need to be off-market, how can I do this with no money out of pocket, apartments vs hotels vs trailer parks, and where to find investors. I know it is a lot of information, and I do appreciate any that can be given. I have big goals and am very determined to create wealth with this strategy
