I was concerned with anyone having elderly or challenged with mobility clients or customers.  So, as Gaspare suggested, cosmetology is fine; however, as long as their clients are young and able.

3,000 total square feet space upstairs with no elevator.  Small and large suites currently built out with 2 restrooms at the end of the hall.  What kind of commercial tenants would be a good fit?

Depends on your criteria. For me, it’s an overall good market to flip in. It has deals and contractors available with a good economic outlook.
