Hello my name is Eric Mossa. I’m looking to purchase a multi family house in Janesville. I was curious what your opinion is on the crime. Mind you, I’m from Chicago so when I say crime, I don’t mean loitering or jaywalking. It looks like a nice place to live but I have a girlfriend and two kids to consider. Thank you for your time.

To the best of my novice knowledge it does but i will certainly double and triple check with the insurance provider.

I found a house that will be used as a house hack for a fair price. The downside is that it is located in a potential flood zone. will the reward outweigh the risk???
