@Audra Luther I ended up just leaving it alone. That property does well so I didn’t want to rock the boat. But I ended up just saving enough to put a down payment on a 2 family.

@Carlos Fernandes I’m from Boston myself and got lucky with a condo in Savin Hill that I rent out. But I’ve had some good luck investing in Worcester, my wife and I just closed on a multi family.

Worcester is going under a lot of positive change and with people being priced out of the city they are migrating this way. It’s something to look into.

@Jonathan Trimboli what’s a average price for cash for keys? 500 bucks, half months rent?

@Stephanie F. Thank you for that. Overall I’m just looking for a good tenant. I really don’t care about what they do for a living as long as they can pay the bills. You are right I don’t feel comfortable nor would I want them to Represent my business for exactly your points. I just wasn’t to sure how a influencer gets paid and how steady the income is. So thank you for your feedback.

@James Hamling thanks for your advice. I do agree that being creative to help grow my brand would be beneficial for the business. And your right about the IRS if they consider it a job so should I. I appreciate your feedback.

@Spencer Cornelia I’m not judging anyone on there profession. I’m a older millennial myself and use the social media platforms to help promote my business and self in which I benefit from. I guess my concern is like mentioned above you say the wrong thing or post a picture that’s offensive everything could go away in seconds. Followers unfollow sponsors stop. Its different in a virtual world and that’s what concerns me. She might have a million followers today but the picture of a dog licking a ice cream cone could offend someone, now she down to a half a million followers and income is cut in half in the course of a day.
