Question bp? For my 11st flip Would it be smart to buy a house for 100k to fix n flip or start lower say around the 50k ?

Good afternoon bp, I have a question. If a have a partner to team up with for a fix n flip what should be the percentage split between the two if one puts fourth the money only n the other is handling everything else from finding contractors to being there at the site everyday. Basically being the only site management. What's fair in your opinion? 50/50, 60/40
