@Jeffrey Daniels I appreciate the recommendations! And yes I understand what you mean I’m definitely weighing all my options I like the idea of having a partner because we can combine capital and get more deals and be able to help one another manage properties. I would be interested in single family homes as well. And as far as numbers I need to dive in more and really see what would make sense financially for me right now and start analyzing more deals to be able to run the numbers when I am ready to pull the trigger! I love that you are licensed as well here in Phoenix that’s awesome.

@Jeffrey Daniels dude, I am looking to get approved for an FHA loan maybe a FHA 203k and might partner up with my friend to come up with more capital for the down payment and closing costs

@Brett Tvenge Single units are just as competitive though right? If not more competitive you have more end buyers.
