I'm getting $1.30 for rent in Baxter Village zip 29708... I'd like to get into rehab flips and would like to partner up if anyone is interested... I have some capital but extensive knowledge of construction. I've been a general Contractor for 22 years

Thanks for the advice.... I used to have the the time to renovate but not lately... My investing is part time for the moment. I'm definitely not moving in.. My lender is a bank doing the loan inhouse. We've had a relationship for years... 20% I's all they need. Thanks again

I'm just getting started investing and need some advice... I'm interested in purchasing a 2 story townhome in a class A neighborhood. its a 2 br/ 2.5 bath. Brand new condition. Rents range from 975 -1100 per month. HOA id $19 pr month and taxes are $1800 annually. Asking Price is $115,000. How much should I offer? With 20% down which mortgage should I choose? 15 yr? 20yr? 30yr?.... Please help me...
