@Anastasia G. I don't know how to find someone one such short notice.

Hi everyone,

I have the opportunity to buy a commercial buying with equity in it.

Now my dilemma is that I do not have the 20% to put down. Is it possible to get a gift of equity to purchase the property? If not are there in private loan groups that would loan the money for a deal like this? If so how to I find them in my area?

I'm have a short timeline before the deal disappears!

Thanks

@ Harjeet Bhatti , @ Corby Goade  thanks you.

After purchasing an investment property putting 25% down and using the BRRR strategy, how soon after would I be able to refinance in Massachusetts?

What is the length of time banks are looking for when signing rental agreements to cash out refinance on investment property?

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on bigger pockets and trying to find information to help me in investing. I had bought a multifamily house in 2012. The house has about 200k in equity at this point. My credit in very low right now, I have been working on bring it back up but need pull equity. Is there anyway to refinance with a score lower than 620?
