Hey Jeff,

I currently use Rachel Bruno with Re/Max Unlimited and have been happy with what I have seen so far. I am currently renovating my 5-unit building and she has been helping with that process. I interviewed 5 PM companies around SA and she was the one I was most impressed with, and they have managed apartments with as many as 32 units before. Feel free to message me, and I will be happy to give you her contact.

Brad - It wouldn't let me send you another colleague request because you deleted my first one. Let me know your availability and I will call the number in your profile today. I will be in and out of meetings all morning and around lunch time, but should be free after lunch. If you want, try sending me a colleague request since it wont let me send one to you and we can exchange contact info. Thanks!

@Brad Larsen Just PM'd you. Thanks!

Thanks sir!

Hey BP!

I recently closed on a 5-unit here in San Antonio. I have been reaching out to CPA's and attorneys as part of building my team. Must say that it has been difficult to find a CPA that specializes in REI and are investors themselves. Would anybody happen to have recommendations for a CPA and real estate attorney in the San Antonio/Austin area? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great week!

Hey Jeff,

Welcome! I am fairly new to the area as well. My wife and I just moved to San Antonio this past summer, and I am looking to invest in this area and always enjoy networking with like-minded individuals. Private message me and we can set up a time to get together some time in the coming weeks.

Hey @Tyler Hodgson,

Thanks for responding. There are numerous reasons why I would like to start with MF, rather than SFR (economies of scale, fewer investors to compete with, allows for use of professional management, etc.). I have nothing against SFR's, and I have networked with numerous investors who only invest in that market. I just feel that MF will allow me to reach my financial goals in a shorter time-frame. I have been working with agents and brokers in the area to actively look for 2-4 unit properties, but I am keeping my eyes open for larger properties as well.

Howdy BP Members!

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. My wife and I recently moved from Dallas, TX, and I have been looking to make my mark in the San Antonio market. My day job is as a sales engineer for a company that designs and builds custom-engineered material handling equipment for manufacturers. I found BP by listening to their podcasts (I have to drive A LOT for my job so it is my new favorite past time in the car!). I am wanting to invest in real estate so I can achieve cash flow and build wealth for myself and my family. My wife and I are expecting our first child on Nov. 29th, and it has gotten me thinking about the future and the legacy I want to leave for my children more than ever before.  This is my "why" that has gotten me interested in real estate.

I love networking and meeting new people. If you are in the San Antonio or Austin, Texas markets and would like to get together for coffee (my treat!), reach out to me and I would love to get together. I travel to Houston and Dallas every week so even if you are in those markets, let me know and we can try to get together. I am actively pursuing multi family investments that will yield $2,000/month in passive cash flow in the next 12 months. I would like to achieve $10,000/ month within the next 5 years so I can retire from my day job and invest in RE full time. Thanks for reading and sorry for any grammatical errors! Good investing and hope to meet you soon!

P.S. If multi family is not your focus, please don't let that keep you from reaching out!

Best regards,

Eric Jones
