 Maybe... Charlotte is a tough market for investors at the moment as we have had a considerable rise in the average price of housing as it has become more popular here.  I'm just getting started so we shall see!

Hi all,

New to the world of real estate investing, looking to find long term rentals and maybe something in the storage space realm as well.  Physician by trade in NC, but interests in prehospital medicine and the outdoors.   Looking forward to learning from you all and this site!
