I was curious about buying and possibly renovating/ renting condos in north jersey region, possibly Bayonne but open to suggestions. I wanted to see if anyone has any advice on this topic. I feel like as newbie its confusing to find out which places allow you rent out instead of just solely owner occupied. Any advice on this topic would be much appreciated.

I was looking in the garfield/passiac region as well as the jersey city area as well. My price range is 3-mid 400s. @Lola Omishore Hi Lola, I appreciate the advice! Congrats on the condo and investment property. It’s definitely encouraging for me hearing from someone who’s in the same field as I am. Not too many of my friends or coworkers talk about real estate investing.
