Hello all, Wanted to find out some info. I wanted to just ask if there were any rental owners out there that are using the Air BnB method in the properties they own? I hear it is a new coming wave for using term rentals to use vs a long term tenant! Thanks for any and all information!

Hello all, Wanted to find out some info. I have a property under contract with a partner and the property asking price is $27,600. We're selling it $29,600, but we haven't got any bites on besides for owner financing. So now we're considering the option of financing. So my question would be what are the steps to do Owner Financing as a wholesaler and how does it benefit the wholesaler, if it even benefits us?? Just want to make sure I understand different buying options. Thanks
