Thanks @Matthew Irish-Jones for welcoming me to the BP community. My personal portfolio is only a couple of duplexes in the Hertel area. My business partner and I are looking for apartment buildings anywhere in Buffalo... From Niagara Falls to Lockport to the South Towns. We have our first deal underway which is an 18-unit in Kenmore/Tonawanda.
