I manage my own properties and I currently use Buildium to do so. The problem is, I have a couple different LLC's, but Buildium does not support the choice for more than one "Company", which is causing so many headaches for self managing and managing companies alike. If you are experiencing this same issue, or if you just want to help raise awareness to the Buildium team, please do so > If you go to the 'Help & Support' tab, you can click on 'Suggest a Feature'. Once you are there, search for "multiple company" and you will see there are a lot of people with this same problem. Please go and vote and comment for this feature to be implemented if you think it would help your business. I did not know the option of "Suggest a Feature" even existed on Buildium, so I wanted to share it here. Thanks for the read and rock on!

My real estate investment business is growing rapidly, and I need some suggestions on which software to get in order to keep bookkeeping and all in order. I have commercial residential rentals, storage facility, single family home rentals, and i and also buying houses and selling lease to own/lease purchase. I have purchased quick books online and find it very geared towards regular small business and not real estate. I also checked out building, but that seems totally geared for a management co.pany not the owners of real-estate. Any suggestions would be considered. Thanks for the read.
