I don’t believe you will find a better program than Pace Morby’s mentorship. It has drastically accelerated my growth as a newbie investor. Ton of resources and awesome community.

If you are interested in investing OOS in Huntsville and Clarksville then I would definitely check out Brian Ellwood (podcast, FB group, mastermind group, etc.). Those are the places he currently invests in and he shares his contacts in his mastermind coaching calls for investors interested in Huntsville & Clarksville. Personally, I drove down to Indianapolis to meet with a local 'boots on the ground' investor and that is making all of the difference in my progress of formulating my team. Seems like 'boots on the ground' can come in many shapes and sizes (property management team, project manager, general contractor, local investor, etc.).

@Marcin Nurek There doesn't seem to be any inventory. I am currently working with a coach that specializes in virtual investing and already made some good contacts. I'll PM you!

@Art Perkitny

That is impressive! Thank you. Is crime factored into the analysis as well?

Anyone have a recommendation for ARV software covering the Indy area?

I'm located about 2 1/2 hrs away in Northwest Indiana and looking to invest in Indy. Still in the market research phase, but local investors appear to be very helpful so far.

Hello Everyone!

Looking to invest in SFHs in the Indianapolis market and build my team. I am located about 2 1/2 hrs. north of Indy and not familiar with the local neighborhoods and looking to build new contacts.

Any recommendations from local investors, realtors, or property managers willing to further discuss would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!!

@Marcin Nurek I decided not to pursue the arrangement. After collecting everyone's advice, it became apparent that I had not collected enough information about the potential partners involved. The local REIA appears to be a good place for me to screen local contractors.
