Post: Wholesaling (where to start)

Hello, Eric back with another question regarding Real Estate.

When just starting out with little funds, how does one go about acquiring both more experience, and money? I thought of wholesaling. Since I'm new to this business, what would be the most effective way to wholesale a deal? Furthermore, are there websites that I can access in order to let other investors know of the deals I find and where they might make an offer on said deal?

Thank You.

Eric

Hello I'm Eric. I've had an account for a while, but I'm rarely on here.

I'm in the process of starting a real estate company for Buy and Holding investment properties and wanted to know, how exactly do you spot employment trends marketing trends etc. which in tern would allow you to make better decisions when it comes to purchasing the right property in the right location.

Thank You.

Hello Savy Investors,

My name is Eric and I'm new to investing. I've attempted to indulge in several investing strategies, such as seller financing, and hard money lending. Unfortunately, due to Florida laws, substantial risk would be imposed on the seller if I were to do seller financing. I have a rental property in mind, and I'm trying to acquire said property with little to no money down; please see details below.

Angler's Cove

Marco Island, FL

$234,000 (average price)

What would be the best strategy and which to use to acquire this property with little to no money down?

Let me know your thoughts.

Thank You.

Eric

I'm new to the Real Estate business, and wanted to get different perspectives on this topic:

Where would be the best location too buy/ rent 3, or 4 unit homes (tri-plex, quat-plex)? The mid-west, or the south?

Thank You.
